Faces of America with Henry Louis Gates, Jr., Harvard scholar, premiered Wednesday, February 10 on PBS (Public Broadcasting Service). This new series focuses on the questions of “What made America?” and “What makes us?” using the tools of genealogy and genetics. It is presented on Wednesdays from 8 - 9 p.m. EST and will run through March 3, 2010.

- Stephen Colbert (Comedian)
- Louise Erdrich (Novelist)
- Malcolm Gladwell (Journalist)
- Eva Longoria (Actress)
- Yo-Yo Ma (Musician)
- Queen Noor
- Mike Nichols (Director)
- Dr. Mehmet Oz (Television Host/Heart Surgeon)
- Meryl Streep (Actress)
- Kristi Yamaguchi (Olympic Gold Medalist/Figure Skater)
